1. Website purpose
madeinprof is a trading house providing equipment and software licence sales, technical presales and agreed project coordination. Manufacturing, installation and service are performed by specialist contractors. A catalogue listing does not make the trading house the manufacturer or software owner.
2. Catalogue and prices
Product cards support selection. Scope, compatibility, stock, delivery date, price, currency, taxes, logistics and installation are confirmed in a specific proposal and contract. “On request” is not a price. A displayed price does not alone define every transaction term; the legal status of a specific offer depends on its content and the law.
3. Enquiries and contracts
Submitting a form registers an enquiry, not a paid order or signed contract. The current website has no basket, payment processing or customer e-signature. A transaction requires a separate contract/specification and agreed signing procedure; acceptance of a specific invoice or offer is defined separately.
4. Licences and contractors
Software requires agreement on the rights holder and authority to grant rights, product/version, device count, term, territory, use, updates and support. Hardware purchase does not automatically grant rights to third-party software, music or advertising. Manufacturing, installation, commissioning and SLA require agreed contractor, deliverables, price and responsibility.
5. Materials and rights
Product illustrations and the illustrative 3D scene show a use case, not evidence of installation, certification or testing. Specifications must be checked against the agreed product datasheet. Third-party trademarks, texts, photos and software remain subject to their rights holders; website use does not grant a licence for commercial redistribution.

Personal data is governed by separate policy and consent. Russian is the primary version; translations are informative and do not restrict statutory rights.

Technical cookies and draft storage are described in the cookie policy. Dismissing the notice neither concludes a contract nor replaces separate consent for enquiry data processing. Advertising consent is not bundled into this agreement or mandatory enquiry consent.
